Back On the Farm

My best friend just hosted her daughter's 3rd birthday on a local farm. We had Chase's 4th birthday there. It was so fun. The kids love seeing all the animals, and they even get a pony ride and a hay ride. William was braver than any one year old I have even seen. He held the chicken and bunny. He even got pecked in the chest by a goose, and although he cried for a moment he got over it quickly and got back down to check out the rest of the ducks and geese out (the owner removed the offending goose).

ICE

We visited the ICE exhibit over the Christmas vacation. It was amazing but mostly just cold. The kids lasted about 10 minutes before they were bolting to the door. And poor William was in full body shiver about 10 minutes in. So consider yourself warned- dress in many layer because their jackets are not very warm.
