We celebrated Chase's 4th birthday yesterday. We had a small party at a local farm where they have a petting zoo with all sorts of animals (goats, sheep, chickens, chicks, pig, turtle, turkey, bunnies, duck, etc.). The kids all got to take a pony ride and we finished the party with a hay ride. It was so fun. Chase loved all the animals! And the farm did a great job of making it extra special for him. His favorite part was riding on the back of a tortoise and he loved the hay ride. The girls seemed a bit timid with the animals compared to the boys who showed no fear. One of Chase's friends even grabbed a big old chicken right up. Pretty adorable to watch.
