Tampa has this festival called Gasparilla. It is a month long celebration (of sorts) with tons of activities including a children's parade that we attended this year. We went and watched the parade which mostly centered on the tossing and catching of beads (not so exciting for a 2 and 1 year old but surprisingly entertaining to the grown men all around us). Ryan's Uncle Scott happened to be in town that weekend and was a huge help with the kids at the parade.We got a ton of beads that the kids loved and played with the rest of the weekend. I plan on breaking them out again on the next rainy day :)
