Chase has become fascinated with the lifeguards at our pool. He watched them and asked Ryan and I a lot of questions about them last year but this year he has wanted to talk to them. He thinks up questions about the pool and then insists we ask the life guard. So we have become quite friendly with several of the regular women who work at the pool. Chase's favorite is Deanna, she even gave him a whistle and allowed us to climb up into her chair and snap a few pictures, how exciting!!Chase wears his whistle around the house and reprimands us for running around the pool, hanging on the lane lines, and is quick to make everyone get out of the pool if there is thunder. He has the basics down, I may just send in some applications next summer :)
