Our Newest Love

Well here he is!

Although we were scheduled to go in for a C-section on Tuesday, my body had other plans. I have been having contractions for several weeks, which is normal but something the doctors wanted to be cautious with because of my 2 previous sections. We have been doing fine and they have come and gone but on Thursday my belly started to hurt maybe showing signs that my body was stretched to the limit. By evening I had a lot of pain and started having contractions every 3 minutes so the doctor thought it was time and waiting could be risky. So Ryan and I headed to the hospital at 8pm. We got checked in and they got all set up and we went back to the OR at 10pm. William was born at 10:25pm. He is perfect and my surgery went very smoothly (the best one so far). The doctor told us that indeed my previous incision site was very thin and it was definitely better that we went ahead a few days early.

Of course we were up the whole first night. Ryan's mom, my mom, Randy and Jeannie came to see him that night. My sister and her kids came the next morning.

Chase and Olivia were in bed when we headed to the hospital so after a good nights sleep they woke to hear the news that William had been born. They got ready and came right over to meet him.
